Engagement terms
1. Scope
The service page and, when applicable, the accepted proposal define deliverables, responsibilities, timeline and price. A sales conversation does not expand that scope by itself.
2. Start of work
A diagnosis begins after the questionnaire is received and the session is scheduled. Monthly services begin after a technical review. Projects begin after the proposal is accepted and the stated deposit is confirmed.
3. Client responsibilities
The client must provide accurate information, minimum required permissions and timely feedback. Delays caused by missing data, access or approvals may change the delivery date.
4. Third-party services
PayPal, Openpay, hosting, domains, messaging, artificial intelligence and other platforms have separate terms, availability and fees. They are included only when the proposal explicitly says so.
5. Results
Aurae commits to the agreed deliverables and acceptance criteria, not to guaranteed search rankings, sales, audience growth, savings or commercial performance.
