Privacy policy

Draft for professional review. Before payments or advertising are launched, the legal identity, applicable address, actual service providers and relevant tax or regulatory requirements must be completed.

1. Controller and contact

The data controller is the owner operating commercially under the Aurae AI brand. Privacy questions may be sent to contacto@auraeai.tech. The controller's legal identity and address must be added before commercial launch.

2. Information we may receive

  • Name, email address, phone number and contact details a person chooses to submit.
  • Business, process or project information included in forms, email or WhatsApp messages.
  • Minimum server data such as date, requested path, IP address and user agent, depending on hosting configuration.
  • Transaction confirmation, ID, amount, currency and status reported by the payment provider.

3. Purposes

Information is used to answer inquiries, assess service fit, prepare proposals, perform contracted work, record payments, provide support, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations. Personal databases are not sold.

4. Payments

PayPal, Openpay or another enabled provider processes payment in its own infrastructure under its own privacy policy. Aurae AI does not request or store complete card numbers, security codes or bank credentials. We receive only the commercial information needed to identify and reconcile a transaction.

5. Providers and international processing

Hosting, email, messaging, storage, video calls and payments may involve providers that process information in other countries. The actual provider list must be documented and each provider's access limited to what is necessary to deliver the service.

6. Retention and security

Information is retained as long as needed to answer the inquiry, perform the contract, resolve disputes and satisfy legal or accounting obligations. We use minimum permissions, revocable credentials and reasonable controls, although no system can guarantee absolute security.

7. Cookies and measurement

This catalog draft does not include first-party advertising or analytics scripts. If measurement, remarketing or personalized advertising is enabled, this policy will be updated and an applicable consent mechanism implemented before those technologies load.

8. Rights and requests

A person may request access, correction, deletion or objection where applicable. To protect information, Aurae AI may request reasonable identity verification. Requests should be sent to contacto@auraeai.tech.

9. Children and changes

The services are not intentionally directed to children. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised update date.
